Confirm that your venue allows the performance
Before arranging an indoor bubble show, ask your venue whether outside entertainers and bubble activities are allowed. Explain the planned activity and ask about floor protection, cleanup, access, and setup rules. Permission should be agreed before booking.
Check the performance space
Share the room dimensions or a photo with the entertainer. Ask how much clear space is needed and where guests will sit or stand. Keep exits and walking routes clear. A layout that works for a small living room may not work for a busy venue with tables already in place.
Discuss ceiling height and airflow. Fans, open doors, and air-conditioning vents can affect bubbles. The performer can help you find a suitable position without blocking ventilation or compromising comfort.
Agree on floor protection and cleanup
Bubble solution can make surfaces slippery. Ask what protective covering will be used, who provides it, and who handles cleanup. The venue’s requirements may differ from what works at home. Keep guests out of the performance area until the performer says it is ready.
Children should not handle equipment or solution without guidance. Ask how participation is supervised and what alternatives are available for children who want to watch rather than take part.
Put the show in your party timeline
Schedule the performance after guests arrive and before they need to leave. Avoid competing with cake, food service, or another loud activity. Leave time for setup, transitions, and cleanup rather than fitting the performance between two tight deadlines.
If the venue has a fixed end time, work backward from that time and tell the entertainer about it when requesting a quote. Confirm arrival access and parking so unloading does not delay the party.
