This timeframe allows us to meticulously plan and execute your event details to perfection. However, we understand that some events may require shorter planning periods, and we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings based on our availability. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to discuss your specific event needs and dates.

Absolutely! Our party packages are designed to be fully customizable to match your child’s interests and preferences. We understand that every child is unique, and we strive to make their special day as memorable as possible by tailoring our offerings to their likes and themes they’re passionate about. Thank you for asking about our cancellation policy for Dallas events. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. For events in Dallas, our policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 14 to 30 days before the event date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable due to the commitments we’ve made by that time.

We recommend considering event insurance to mitigate any unforeseen circumstances. Please feel free to reach out if you have any specific concerns or need further clarification regarding our policy. We’re here to help make your event planning as smooth as possible.
